Market Beginnings

The market has just begun and the season is off to a great start!  We've already had 11 new vendors!!! Each week I talk to more people about new memberships- so I know there are more to come.  You can find our applications www.canyonvillefarmersmarket.org 

The cold, rainy weather did not deter our optimistic and friendly vendors.    The vendors speak for themselves, check out my photo albums!

Tips for Market Day (vendors)
Be sure to secure your canopy!  Some vendors even attach a sheet on the sides for extra wind and sun protection.

• Always check in with me on Tuesdays so I know you’re coming
• If you need a break be sure to let me know- I’d be happy to watch your booth.
• Keep bags and flyers held down with a rock!

Tips for sampling (vendors)

*Handwashing station is located at the Market Booth, please tell customers

1. Must provide a traditional sanitizer (dilute bleach or other approved sanitizer) or alcohol pads
2. Keep samples covered and clean

Tips for Market Day (customers)

Have cash ready when you arrive at the market, although some of our vendors do accept credit or debit, most do not. An ATM is located inside the Casino for your convenience .

Bring a reusable bag or basket! Keeps trash out of our landfills and are usually sturdier to carry a nice haul of veggie home!

Bring a hat for those warm, sunshine days.  And an umbrella for those rainy days!
